CYCLISTS, COME LIVE THE POWER COACHING EXPERIENCE
BL Coaching assures you to develop performance factors that are critical for you to become a more complete cyclist.
Power Coaching is based on a fundamental principle that is the customizing of training expenses (wattage). Thus the unit of measure is power. Each person has a chance to work on his or her own bike with their position, while having concrete data with regard to their personal power. This type of training offered by BL Coaching is very motivating and allows you to push your limits, wether in endurance or sprint mode.
To begin your session with the right training loads, it is suggested that an initial physical assessment be done. This assessment is made before your first session and under the supervision of the head coach.
On the spot
During the winter, using your car to transport your bike is not easy. That is why BL Coaching offers storage space.
